De Santis® creates new global brand and strategic vision for infrastructure giant ALEATICA.
De Santis®, the London based strategic vision and brand consultancy has created the new global brand for ALEATICA an IFM Global Infrastructure Fund (GFI) company and recently acquired from OHL Concesiones for EUR 2,158million (US$2,643million).
ALEATICA includes a diversified portfolio of transportation infrastructure concessions in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia, including 14 toll roads, three ports, one airport and one light rail asset.
De Santis® has also supported ALEATICA in developing its new website and digital presence and in developing brand manuals for the implementation of the brand across business units.
