Corporate Vision, worked with Canal+ to redefine its business model and vision for the future in digital television entertainment. We developed a new strategic vision for CANAL+, redefining the PAY TV value chain, and setting future strategic goals in content strategy, Video-On-Demand and set-top box broadband integration strategy. We also increased the personalisation of the user experience to better deliver all the entertainment needs for its millions of users.

Our project culminated in the development and launch of a new Video-On-Demand platform Canal+Yomvi, a new digital vision, brand and business model that delayed the launch of Netflix in Spain and turbocharged Canal+ transformation to digital, providing new growth engines and culminating in the successful sale to Telefonica for $1billion.
